Skopelos

A few words about Skopelos

Skopelos is the greenest island in Greece. Here, where the green of the pine-trees and the dense forest mix with the deep blue of sea and sky, you will find yourself in an idyllic land, in a small paradise in the very heart of Greece.

The International Organization of Biopolitics, on July the 5th 1997, officially proclaimed it "Green and Blue Island". More than 50% of the island area is covered by a virgin forest of pine-trees. A forest which, when you visit Skopelos, will also need your love and care in order to maintain the natural beauty and ecological balance that has survived for nearly 4000 years.

Beaches

In Skopelos there are many small beaches inaccessible by land where you will get only by vessel.

Stafylos
The water of the beach is beautiful,  paved with white sand and there are chairs, umbrellas, a  bar and a lifeguard. It is wonderful for diving cliffs and exploring the many caves.

Beaches Antrines
Antrines are two beautiful small beaches. For access to Antrines through land, you should go down a footpath after you leave the car near the hotel Antrines. From here you will see the unique and beautiful Blo and Panormos. The braves and explorers can swim near the rocks to reach the Milia at the end of the bay, I really deserve.

Sarros
Simply amazing! Accessible mainly from the sea by boat and only with good weather ... An ideal beach which passes through a cave and continues on the other side. Beware of sudden gusts if you see the sky in the summer to tanning or turns bubbles should quickly return to the port of Skopelos.
