The opening of Posidonia
07-06-10The 'Poseidonia 2010' Exhibition opens today and welcomes the national maritime community at the Exhibition Center of Ellinikon. More than 87 countries and 20 international participants participate in the Exhibition which will be open until the 11nth of June 2010. According to the organizers this year's ?Posidonia? will be bigger than ever on the total area of exhibition space, number of exhibitors and the expected stream of visitors.
Notably, with the aim of capitalizing upon the numerous opportunities for the promotion of Greek shipping offered by the International Exhibition "Posidonia", the creation of a new committee composed of leading members of the Greek shipping community was announced. The committee will consider ways to exploit the numerous opportunities that "Posidonia" provide for the promotion of Greek shipping, as well as opportunities to further strengthen existing ties of 'Posidonia' with the Greek shipping community.
