1. Terms of service The following terms determine the relationship of visitors and users of the website ?Yachting123.com? with the website Yachting123 (?Service Provider?)
All contents of the yachting123.com website (?Site?) software or updates thereof (?Services?) is addressed to adults and provides to users access to:

  • Boat chartering services
  • Boat sale and purchase services
  • Listing of shop in a business catalogue
  • Finding and renting a mooring berth
  • Boat detection services
  • Satellite telecommunication services (voice & data)

All services provided through the Site (as its address may be altered) including possible new functions, software and updates shall be subject to these Terms of Use, as these may be amended or altered by the Service Provider without prior notification, which you accept as they are; you may receive information on any modification or alteration of said terms by reading the relevant Site link. The user of this Service accepts that the Service Provider is not liable towards the user or any third party for any amendment, cancelation or interruption of the Services.


2. Using the Service Completion of the registration procedure is a requirement for using the service; this can be performed either directly by the interested user or by submitting a request to the Service Provider, accompanied by all information required for the registration and in order to create the user?s personal account.


3. Account creation and Contents Among others, the Site provides to the user the ability to create a personal account. The user is exclusively responsible for the contents of his account and the contents posted by him in the Service. By posting the contents in his account, the user grants to the Service Provider the non-exclusive right to reproduce, amend, adapt and publish said contents at the Site for the period the user chooses to maintain said contents in his account and in the Services, without any obligation for payment for any rights. 5. Obligations for using the Service When using the Service, the user is obliged:
To comply with the Terms of Use for the Services provided
To immediately notify the Service Provider on any safety violation regarding the Service(s).
Not to breach legal provisions (national, community, international) as in effect
Not to include contents in his account the possession and use of which violates the laws on intellectual and industrial property rights, protection of personal information or any other law, without obtaining the permit / concession stipulated by law.
Not to operate outside the law or violate national, community and international law with respect to: child pornography, incest, illegal drugs, software piracy and harassment, abuse and exploitation of minors in any manner, collection of personal data of users and any third party without their knowledge and consent, illegal access and acquisition of software, overriding of security in websites or servers, forwarding of unsolicited mail, mass mail (spam), chain letters, pyramid schemes, syndicated marketing or unsolicited advertising.


6. Unauthorized use and exploitation of the Service and software is prohibited The contents of the Site may not copied, reproduced, published, used, processed in any manner and by any means without the Site?s owner prior written consent. Printing of sections of this Site is permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
Moreover, also prohibited is the sale and resale of the Service as well as unauthorized use, reconstruction, processing, decompilation, exploitation, dissemination and distribution of the Service software.


7. Liability of user and party being advertised regarding the content he has uploaded in the Service against third-party claims. The user and party being advertised are exclusively liable for damage incurred by third parties as a result of the contents of accounts that have been uploaded and posted in the user?s account with the Service. The user of the Site as well as the party being advertised in the Site is obligated to safeguard the Service Provider and any person associated with the Provider from third-party claims arising from the contents of the user?s account or those of the party being advertised in any manner and from using the Service and is liable for paying any amount that the Service Provider may be obliged to pay to any third party because of the use of the Service by the user / party being advertised and because of the contents being displayed and transmitted by the user / party being advertised and to compensate the Service Provider and any person associated with the Provider for any loss incurred including non-pecuniary damage.


8. Service use restriction ? Termination The Service Provider is entitled to deny publication of the contents posted by the user or the party being advertised at his own discretion and to suspend / cancel said person from the website and the Service without prior notification to the user Additionally, the Service Provider may, at his own discretion, cancel the provision of Services or any part thereof, with or without prior notification. The user / party being advertised accepts and agrees to the cancellation or restriction of his access to the Service without prior notification as well as to the deactivation or elimination of his account without prior notification as well as the fact that the Service Provider is not liable whatsoever towards the user or any third party in exercising the rights mentioned above.


9. Non provision of warranties This Service is provided ?as is?, ?with all faults? and as it ?is made available?. The Service does not provide any guarantee as to the accuracy or as to how updated the information being made available by the Service is, nor as to the contents of website hyperlinks provided by the Service. Implicit guarantees, including implicit guarantees on the marketability, suitability for a specific reason, quality of construction and non-violation of rights are prohibited.

The Service Provider shall not be liable to customers / users for any damage that may result from unlawful  orders via credit card by a third party other than the legitimate holder of the card.


10. Limitation ? The user agrees that any claims arising from the use of or associated with the use of the Service must be notified to the Service Provider officially, within one year from when the event was caused or the claim shall become prescribed.

12. Applicable Law The Site terms of use are governed by Greek and European Laws. The provisions of Greek and European Laws shall apply to any issue that is not regulated by the terms of use above.
